Ravi Nirgudkar Appointed Managing Director, India for BAE Systems

BAE Systems has tapped Ravi Nirgudkar as Managing Director for India, overseeing operations and partnerships within the Indian defense sector. He supersedes Nik Khanna, who will transition to the company’s Air sector based in the United Kingdom. He was previously with Raytheon for more than two decades, most recently as Country President, where he was responsible for business development, marketing and strategy across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

BAE Systems is a British multinational defence, security, and aerospace company. Its headquarters are in London and Farnborough in the United Kingdom with operations worldwide. The company most recently generated $23.4 billion in annual revenue, and employs roughly 79,000 people.
