Raja Ramana Macha Joins Eaton as Chief Technology Officer

Eaton has hired Raja Ramana Macha as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He will report to Craig Arnold, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Raja joins from Schneider Electric, where he most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Industrial Automation unit. He was previously Senior Vice President of Research & Development and Technical Support for Invensys Operations Management after leading Geometric Ltd as Chief Operating Officer. He also spent time with Tata Consultancy Services as Director of Business Consulting, Sourcing & Manufacturing and PLM solutions. He began his career with Tata Motors, where he worked his way up through the ranks to ultimately serve as Head of Logistics and Systems for the Passenger Car Business Unit.

Eaton is a diversified power management company, which provides energy-efficient solutions for electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power. The Dublin-based company most recently generated $20.9 billion in annual revenue, and employs roughly 101,000 people.
