Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale to be Vice President and General Counsel for Cummins

Cummins will welcome Nicole Y. Lamb-Hale as Vice President and General Counsel in May 2021. She is a seasoned executive who has served in notable roles across both the public and private sectors. Nicole will join from Kroll, where she is currently a Managing Director and Head of the Washington, D.C. office. Previously, she served as Assistant Secretary for Manufacturing and Services in the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration (ITA), as well as Deputy General Counsel for the U.S. Department of Commerce.  Prior to that, she was an equity Partner for Dykema Gossett PLLC and Foley & Lardner LLP. She succeeds Sharon Barner, who is being promoted to Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for Cummins. 
 
Cummins, headquartered in Columbus, IN, designs, manufactures, distributes and services diesel and natural gas engines. Currently, the company has a workforce of 61,600 people. Cummins generated $23.6 billion in revenue for 2019.
