Neil D. Brinker to Lead Modine Manufacturing as President and Chief Executive Officer

Modine Manufacturing Company will welcome Neil D. Brinker as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member on December 1, 2020. He was previously with Advanced Energy Industries, where he most recently served as President and Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure with Advanced Energy, he oversaw global sales, marketing, engineering and operations for the semiconductor, telecom and networking, data center, industrial, and medical verticals. He formerly served IDEX Corporation in several leadership capacities, ultimately serving as Group President. He has also held notable operations executive roles with Danaher and General Motors. He began his career serving in the United States Army.

Modine, with fiscal 2020 revenues of $2.0 billion, specializes in thermal management systems and components, bringing highly engineered heating and cooling components, original equipment products, and systems to diversified global markets through its four complementary segments: CIS; BHVAC; HDE; and Automotive. Modine is a global company headquartered in Racine, WI, with operations in North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
