Lear Corporation Names Two New Board Members
Lear Corporation has announced the appointment of the following Board Members, expanding the number of Directors to eleven:
- Roger A. Krone has joined the company’s Board of Directors. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of Leidos. He has also held several senior leadership roles with Boeing, including President of Network and Space Systems. He began his career with General Dynamics, ultimately serving as Program Manager.
- Patricia L. Lewis has been named a Member of the Board of Directors. She currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for UnitedHealth Group. Prior to that, she was employed by Lockheed Martin, where her tenure culminated in her role as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She also spent time with IBM, where she was Vice President of Human Resources, Diversity and Employee Experience after leading various business units as Vice President of Human Resources. She started her career with DuPont, ultimately serving as Global HR Manager.
