KION Group Announces Leadership Appointments

KION Group AG has announced the following leadership appointments:

• Hasan Dandashly has been appointed to the Executive Board, overseeing the Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) segment, including the Dematic business. He most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Dematic, a KION subsidiary.

• Andreas Krinninger has been appointed to the Executive Board with responsibility for the Industrial Trucks and Services (ITS) segment for EMEA. He most recently led Linde Material Handling EMEA, a KION subsidiary, as President and Chief Executive Officer. He previously served Linde Material Handling as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.

• Henry Puhl will become Chief Technology Officer and Executive Board Member on July 1, 2021. He currently serves as President & Chief Executive Officer of STILL EMEA. Henry will succeed Eike Böhm, who announced he will retire June 30, 2021.
