Joe Simms Promoted to Chief Diversity Officer with Stanley Black & Decker

Stanley Black & Decker has elevated Joe Simms to Chief Diversity Officer, leading diversity, equity and inclusion efforts. In this role, Joe will report directly to Chief Executive Officer, Jim Loree. He most recently served the company as Vice President of Human Resources, Global Tools & Storage, and was previously 
Vice President of Human Resources, U.S. Sales and Marketing. He has also been PepsiCo’s Senior Director of Human Resources for the Mid -Atlantic Region, as well as Director of Human Resources for Fila.
 
Stanley Black & Decker is a Fortune 500 American manufacturer of industrial tools and household hardware and provider of security products headquartered in New Britain, CT. With 58,000 employees in more than 60 countries, the company posted that its full year revenues totaled $14.5 billion.
