Jim Fitterling of Dow Inc. Joins 3M’s Board of Directors

3M has elected Jim Fitterling to its Board of Directors as of February 5, 2021, increasing the number of Directors from 11 to 12. Jim’s 35-year tenure with Dow Inc. has culminated in his current role as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. His previous positions with Dow include serving as President and Chief Operating Officer. He has also served as Chief Operating Officer of the Material Science Division with DowDuPont.
