Jetblue Airways Announces CFO Transition
- JetBlue Airways announced that Ursula Hurley, Head of Treasury and Investor Relations, has been named Acting Chief Financial Officer. Ursula will assume the role on June 12, 2021, in addition to her current duties. She began her career at JetBlue 17 years ago.
- She succeeds Steve Priest, who has decided to leave JetBlue effective June 11, 2021, to pursue a new opportunity.
JetBlue Airways is based in Long Island City, New York, and carries more than 40 million customers each year to 102 cities in the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America with an average of 1,000 daily flights. As of 2018, its revenue is 7.658 billion USD employing over 22,000 people.
