
Eric Hansotia to Lead AGCO as Chief Executive Officer
AGCO has promoted Eric Hansotia to Chief Executive Officer beginning January 1, 2021. Eric currently serves AGCO as President and Chief Operating Officer, and is now a Member of the Board of Directors. He has served AGCO in several leadership positions since joining the company in 2013. Prior to that, Eric was with John Deere, for 13 years, holding positions such as Senior Vice President of Crop Harvesting and General Manager of Harvester Works. Eric succeeds Martin H. Richenhagen, who will be retiring as Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer on December 31, 2020.
