DCC plc Announces Board Changes

• DCC plc appointed Mark Breuer as Chairman designate, effective 16 July 2021. Mark joined the board of the company in November 2018.

• Mark will succeed John Moloney who has been Chairman since September 2014 and a Non-Executive Director since February 2009.
