Carolina Granat Becomes Chief Human Resources Officer for ABB

ABB has promoted Carolina Granat to Chief Human Resources Officer, commencing on January 1, 2021. She will join the Executive Committee as well. Carolina will then transition out of her current role as Global Head of People Development. She previously served Sandvik in roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately becoming Vice President of Human Resources for Sandvik Machining Solutions. Earlier in her career, she was a Manager of Human Resources for Boston Consulting Group’s Nordic region. She succeeds Sylvia Hill as Chief Human Resources Officer.
