Bae Systems plc Announces Directorate Change

The Board of BAE Systems plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Crystal E. Ashby as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1 September 2021. Crystal was recently appointed as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of the US health insurance company, Independence Health Group. She has held various senior leadership roles within the energy sector and brings her considerable expertise in government affairs, legal and regulatory matters to the Board.
