Vistra Group announces executive appointments

Vistra Group has named Simon Webster as its new CEO and Geoff Weir as its new CFO. In his new role, Simon will be responsible for Vistra’s business across 47 jurisdictions worldwide. He will also become a member of Vistra’s board once the company receives regulatory approval. With more than 30 years of experience, Webster most recently worked as the group CEO of CPA Global, which offers intellectual property software, services, data, and analytics. Previously, he led various investment as well as offshoring and transformation projects throughout sales, product, and support categories.

Vistra Group Limited operates as a private equity firm. The Firm invests in capital markets, hedge funds, private equity, and real estate, as well as provides tailored trust, fiduciary, fund, and corporate services.
