Visa Announces Executive Changes
Visa has announced the following changes to its executive team:
- Kelly Mahon Tullier has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer, a newly-created role in the organization. She most recently served the company as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. In her new role, Kelly will maintain oversight of the Legal And Compliance functions, and will add Global Communications and Corporate Services as part of her domain. She will still report to Al Kelly, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Kelly previously served PepsiCo in a variety of senior leadership roles, ultimately as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel. She started her professional career as an Associate with Baker Botts LLP.
- Julie Rottenberg will become General Counsel and Senior Vice President, as well as a Member of the Executive Committee. She succeeds Kelly Mahon Tullier, to whom she will report moving forward. Julie was most recently Visa’s Deputy General Counsel and Chief Counsel for North America. She joined Visa from Arnold & Porter LLP, where she began as an Associate and moved her way up to Partner during her tenure. Early in her career, Julie was a Judicial Law Clerk.
