Vijay Mayadas Named President of Capital Markets for Broadridge Financial Solutions

Broadridge Financial Solutions has promoted Vijay Mayadas to the newly created President of Capital Markets role. Vijay will join the Global Technology and Operations group, where he will be responsible for trading and post-trade capital markets SaaS solutions. He has held several leadership roles with Broadridge, most recently serving as President of Global Fixed Income and Analytics, as well as Chairman and Co-Founder of LTX, a Broadridge Company. Prior to joining Broadridge, he was a Partner with Invus Opportunities and Principal with The Boston Consulting Group. He also co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer for WinWin Technologies. Earlier in his career, he held roles with SBC Warburg (now UBS Investment Bank) and Accenture.
