Sven Afhuppe Joins Deutsche Bank as Global Head of Political Affairs

Deutsche Bank recently created a new executive role, Global Head of Political Affairs, which will be filled by Sven Afhuppe. In this role, he will oversee the bank’s relationships with political stakeholders in collaboration with Christian Berendes, Global Head of Government Regulatory Affairs. He will report to Christian Sewing, Chief Executive Officer. Sven is an established financial journalist who previously served as Editor-in-Chief of Handelsblatt.
