
Stacey Hoin Becomes Chief Human Resources Officer for Guardian Life
The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (“Guardian Life”) has hired Stacey Hoin as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, she will report directly to Andrew J. McMahon, Chief Executive Officer and President. She joins from a three-decade career with GE, where she most recently served as Chief Human Resources Leader, focused on organizational and talent strategies and global human resources leadership. Throughout her tenure, she also held such roles as Executive Vice President of Organization and Talent Development for GE Capital and Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Commercial and Communications for GE.
Guardian, based in New York City, offers insurance and wealth management products and services. The Guardian community consists of over 9,000 employees and a network of over 2,500 financial representatives. At year-end 2019, the company had $9.3 billion in capital and $1.7 billion in operating income.
