Michelle Hay Named Chief People Officer for Sedgwick

Sedgwick has appointed Michelle Hay as Global Chief People Officer, overseeing global human resources, including benefits, talent, diversity and inclusion, and corporate social responsibility efforts.  She brings extensive senior human resources leadership experience to Sedgwick. Michelle joins from Cushman & Wakefield, where she led as Global Chief Human Resources Officer after being promoted from Chief Human Resources Officer for the Americas. She was previously Kearney’s Head of Human Resources for the Americas, as well as Chief Human Resources Officer for Heitman. Earlier in her career, she gained experience with several notable consultancies, including Capital H Group, Ernst & Young, Deloitte & Touche, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
