Kikelomo Lawal to be Chief Legal Officer for CIBC

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) will welcome Kikelomo (“Kike”) Lawal as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, as well as Executive Committee Member, beginning October 12, 2020. She will lead the Legal, Corporate Secretary, Ombudsman and Privacy Office functions. She will report to Victor Dodig, President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, Kike was the Chief Legal Officer, Ombudsman and Corporate Secretary at Interac Corporation.
