Jefferies Financial Group Announces Board Appointments

Jefferies Financial Group announced the appointment of Matrice Ellis Kirk to its Board of Directors effective July 1, 2021. Ellis is the CEO of Ellis Kirk Group, a full-service executive search firm.
 
·       Melissa Weiler has also joined the Board of Directors of Jefferies effective July 1, 2021. Melissa most recently was the Managing Director and a member of the Management Committee of Crescent Capital Group.
