GE Capital Announces Leadership Changes

To improve business operations, GE has announced the following changes within GE Capital’s leadership team:

  • Jennifer VanBelle has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital. Jennifer takes on this new role having served GE in several capacities over the last two decades, most recently as Senior Vice President and Treasurer of GE Capital. She will maintain her existing duties as Treasurer, still reporting to GE Chief Financial Officer, Carolina Dybeck Happe. Jennifer succeeds Alec Burger, who recently announced his retirement from GE.
  • GE Capital Aviation Services will now report to GE Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, H. Lawrence Culp, Jr.
  • North American Life Health (NALH) will report to the Chief Executive Officer of GE Power Portfolio, Dan Janki. Dan will also serve as Chairman of NALH.
