Edmund Reese Named Chief Financial Officer for Broadridge Financial Solutions

Broadridge Financial Solutions has hired Edmund Reese as its newest Chief Financial Officer, commencing on November 30, 2020. Prior to Broadridge, Edmund was with American Express, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Global Consumer Services. He has also served American Express in various senior financial roles, including Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations, as well as Chief Financial Officer for the Global Lending, Travel, and Global Business Services businesses. Before American Express, Edmund was employed by Merrill Lynch and Citigroup Smith Barney, where he held several senior financial roles. Edmund succeeds Matt Connor, Interim CFO, who will join the Global Technology and Operations leadership team in a previously-planned role.
