Donald Felix to Join Citizens Financial Group as Head of National Banking

Citizens Financial Group will welcome Donald Felix as Head of National Banking in January 2021. In his new role, Donald will spearhead digital Consumer Banking for the company and its customers. He will report to President of Consumer Lending and National Banking, Eric Schuppenhauer. Donald was most recently with JPMorgan Chase as Managing Director and Head of Financial Health for Chase Consumer Banking. Prior to that, Donald served Citi in various capacities.
