China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited Announces Executive Changes

China Merchants Port Holdings Company Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Xu Song as the new Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board, effective from 24 July 2023.

Mr. Xu Song is currently the Director and Chief Executive Officer of China Merchants Port Group Co. Ltd., which is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. He also serves as a non-executive director of Liaoning Port Co. Ltd.
