Andrew Horton to be Group Chief Executive Officer for QBE Insurance Group

QBE Insurance Group has tapped Andrew Horton as Group Chief Executive Officer, effective September 1, 2021 and pending regulatory approvals. He joins from Beazley plc, where he most recently served as Chief Executive Officer. He previously spent time with ING, ultimately serving as UK Chief Financial Officer for Wholesale Banking. He has also held finance roles with NatWest and Lloyds Bank earlier in his career. Andrew will succeed Richard Pryce, who has been serving in the role on an interim basis.
