Yolanda Talamo to be Heineken’s Chief People Officer

Heineken N.V. has promoted Yolanda Talamo to Chief People Officer, commencing on January 1, 2021. Yolanda currently holds the title of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Heineken Americas. Yolanda’s extensive experience in Human Resources executive leadership includes senior roles with SABMiller Latin America, Cisneros Group of Companies, and P&G. Yolanda succeeds Chris Van Steenbergen, who recently announced that he will retire from the company on January 1, 2021.

Heineken Holding NV engages in the management and supervision of the Heineken group, and the production and distribution of beer and other beverage products. Based in Amsterdam, the company employs over 80,000 employees and operates breweries, malteries, cider plants and other production facilities in more than 70 countries. For the fiscal year 2019, the company generated $26.8 billion in revenue.
