WD Lab Grown Diamonds Appoints Elda Fistani as Chief Revenue Officer

WD Lab Grown Diamonds has appointed Elda Fistani, formerly the chief revenue officer of Brooks Brothers’ jewelry division, as the company’s new chief revenue officer. Elda will lead the company’s global wholesale sales function, defining its omnichannel sales and international growth strategy.
