Tracy Preston Appointed Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer for Hanesbrands

Hanesbrands will welcome Tracy Preston as Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer on March 29, 2021. In her new role, Tracy will report directly to Steve Bratspies, Chief Executive Officer. She most recently served The Neiman Marcus Group as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to that, she spent 11 years with Levi Strauss & Co, leading as Chief Counsel, Global HR, Litigation & Global Supply Chain and Chief Compliance Officer. Earlier in her career, she held roles with Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, Latham & Watkins, Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold, and Baker & McKenzie.
