Sunil Doshi Promoted to Chief Financial Officer with Fossil Group

Fossil Group has elevated Sunil Doshi to Chief Financial Officer, commencing on March 29, 2021. He most recently served the company as Senior Vice President of Global Finance & Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer. He was previously with Mitra QSR as Chief Financial Officer, and continues to serve on the company’s Board of Directors. Prior to that, he was Zoe Kitchen’s Chief Financial Officer. He has also previously held leadership roles with Fossil, including Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Fossil Americas. Earlier in his career, he spent time with Limited Brands and EY as well. Sunil  supersedes Jeffrey Boyer, who will stay on as Chief Operating Officer and Member of the Office of the Chairman. Sunil will then report to Jeffrey after his promotion.
 
Fossil Group is a fashion designer and manufacturer based in Richardson, TX. Its brands include Fossil, Relic, Michele Watch, Skagen Denmark, Misfit, WSI, and Zodiac Watches. The company has a workforce of approximately 7,500 employees. Fossil’s worldwide net sales were $2.2 billion for fiscal year 2019.
