Sodexo S.A. Announces Sophie Bellon as interim CEO

Sodexo S.A. Board of Directors announced the appointment of Sophie Bellon, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors, as the interim CEO of the firm to maintain operational continuity. Denis Machuel, the current Chief Executive Officer, will continue to exercise his functions until September 30, 2021.
