Ruby Tuesday Elects Two New Board Members

Ruby Tuesday recently appointed the following Members to its Board of Managers:

• Mitch Lowe has joined as a Board Member. His previous 15-year tenure with Sizzling Platter culminated in his role as President. He had also served as the company’s General Counsel and Vice President of Development.

• Adam Brotman has joined as a Board Member. Currently, he leads Brightloom as Chief Executive Officer. He was previously J.Crew’s President, Chief Experience Officer and Co-Chief Executive Officer. He also spent 9 years with Starbucks Corporation, where he was Chief Digital Officer and General Manager, Digital Ventures before being promoted to Executive Vice President of Global Retail Operations. He has also served in leadership positions with Barefoot Yoga and Corbis Corporation.

Ruby Tuesday is a food service retailer, based in Maryville, TN, that owns, operates, and franchises Ruby Tuesday restaurants.
