Robert M. Dutkowsky joins the Board of Directors of The Hershey Company

The Board of Directors of The Hershey Company increased the size of the Board from 13 to 14 members and elected Robert M. Dutkowsky as a director to fill the newly created directorship, effective immediately. He will serve as a member of the Board’s Finance and Risk Management and Governance Committees.

The Hershey Company, commonly known as Hershey’s, is an American multinational company and one of the largest chocolate manufacturers in the world. It also manufactures baked products, such as cookies, cakes, milk shakes, drinks and many more that are produced globally. Headquartered in the United States, it is a ‎US$8.0 billion company.
