
Paula Boggs to Serve on Fender Musical Instruments’ Board of Directors
Fender Musical Instruments has elected Paula Boggs to its Board of Directors, effective in 2021. She brings extensive experience as an executive, lawyer, board member and speaker to this directorship. Paula is the Founder of Boggs Media, LLC, which manages music, speaking and other creative business activity. She also currently serves on the Boards of Directors for Avid Technology and Seattle Symphony. She formerly served Starbucks as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Law and Corporate Affairs for a decade. Her earlier career included executive leadership roles with Premera Blue Cross, Pinnacle Holdings, and Dell. Prior to that, she was a Partner with K&L Gates. Her early career included serving as Staff Director for the Advisory Board on the Investigative Capability of the Department of Defense, as well as Assistant United States Attorney for the United States Attorney’s Office.
