O’Reilly Automotive Announces Board of Directors Appointments

O’Reilly Automotive recently made the following changes to its Board of Directors, subject to elections at the 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders that will take place on May 13, 2021:

• Greg Henslee has been appointed Executive Chairman of the Board. Currently, Greg is the Executive Vice Chairman of the Board. He previously served the company in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Chief Executive Officer. His tenure has also encompassed such positions as President and Senior Vice President of Information Systems, Inventory Control, Customer Service, Computer Operations, Pricing and Loss Prevention.

• David O’Reilly has been named Executive Vice Chairman of the Board. Currently, David serves as Executive Chairman of the Board, and has been a Board Member for nearly five decades. He has held numerous leadership positions with the company over the course of his career, including Chief Executive Officer, President, and Vice President.

O’Reilly Auto Parts is an auto parts retailer that provides automotive aftermarket parts, tools, supplies, equipment, and accessories. The Springfield, MO-based company has a workforce of over 82,000 people. The company’s sales for the year ended December 31, 2020 totaled $11.60 billion.
