Nestlé Announces Executive Changes
Nestlé S.A. has announced the following changes to its executive team:
- Patrice Bula, Head of Strategic Business Units, Marketing, Sales and Nespresso, will retire from the company and its Executive Board in February 2021. He is retiring after serving Nestlé for more than four decades in various leadership roles, including notable ones in China, Germany and South Africa.
- Bernard Meunier will succeed Patrice Bula as Head of Strategic Business Units, Marketing and Sales on March 1, 2021. He will also join the company’s Executive Board at that time. Bernard has spent the last 35 years with Nestlé, currently serving as Head of Nestlé Purina PetCare EMENA.
- David Rennie has been elected to the Executive Board, commencing his role on March 1, 2021. David is presently Head of the Nestlé Coffee Brands group.
