maurices Announces Leadership Changes

maurices has announced the following changes to its executive leadership team:

• George Goldfarb will step down as Chief Executive Officer in order to serve as Chairman Emeritus and Board Member. Throughout his lengthy tenure with the company, George has held numerous senior executive roles, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. 

• David Kornberg has been appointed Chief Executive Officer, commencing on March 15, 2021. David formerly led Express in several leadership capacities, ultimately serving as Chief Executive Officer. He also had a stint with Disney Stores as Vice President of Business Development.
