Manny Chirico Elected as Member of Conagra Brands Board of Directors

Conagra Brands has appointed Manny Chirico as a Member of its Board of Directors. He will assume this new role on February 1, 2021, expanding the number of directors to 11. Manny has spent the last 25 years with PVH Corporation, currently serving as the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He has announced his intention to retire as PVH’s Chief Executive Officer on February 1, 2021. He was previously a Partner with Ernst & Young, where he led the Retail and Apparel practice.
