Lori Malcolm Named Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Bloomin’ Brands

Bloomin’ Brands has hired seasoned human resources executive Lori Malcolm as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. She joins from United Way Worldwide, where she most recently led as Chief Culture and Operations Officer. Prior to that, she served Checkers and Rally’s Restaurants as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout her career, she has served as a human resources executive for such companies as Sweetbay Supermarket, Walmart, and Walt Disney World. Her early career encompassed roles with Robert Half International and IBM.

Bloomin’ Brands is one of the world’s largest casual dining companies with approximately 93,000 team members and more than 1,450 restaurants worldwide.
