
Laura Stein to Join Mondelez as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate and Legal Affairs
Mondelez International has appointed Laura Stein as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate and Legal Affairs, commencing on January 11, 2021. Global legal, compliance, corporate reputation and ESG agendas, including public and government affairs, internal and external corporate communications, sustainability, community and foundation efforts will all fall under her scope of responsibilities. As a member of the International Leadership Team, Laura will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Dirk Van de Put. She succeeds Gerd Pleuhs, who recently announced his retirement. Lauren joins Mondelez from The Clorox Company, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. She was previously with the H. J. Heinz Company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel.
