• The Board of Directors of Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. appointed Gregory W. Jones as Vice President and Controller, effective August 6, 2021.In this capacity, Gregory will serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer. 

• Lamb Weston Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LW) announced today that Bernadette Madarieta, Vice President and Controller, will succeed Rob McNutt as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective August 6, 2021.
