Jonathan Anschell Joins Mattel as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

Mattel has hired Jonathan Anschell as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, commencing on January 1, 2021. In his new role, Jonathan will oversee all legal initiatives as they relate to operations and transactions. He will also be responsible for corporate governance, securities, intellectual property, litigation and privacy, in addition to compliance and government affairs. Jonathan is a veteran in the legal and corporate governance space. He was previously with ViacomCVS Media Networks, where he most recently served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel.
