Jerry Morgan Promoted to President of Texas Roadhouse

Texas Roadhouse has elevated Jerry Morgan to President, a role he will assume in January 2021. He will then transition out of his current role as Regional Market Partner. Jerry will report to Kent Taylor, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman. Jerry is a veteran in the restaurant industry, bringing 35 years of experience to his new role. He began his career with Texas Roadhouse in 1997, moving his way up through the ranks throughout his tenure.

Texas Roadhouse is a casual dining concept that first opened in 1993 and today has grown to over 610 restaurants system-wide in 49 states and ten foreign countries. Headquartered in Louisville, KY, the company currently has a workforce of nearly 65,000 employees, and generated $2.8 billion in revenue for fiscal year 2019.
