Harper Ko Joins Penn National Gaming as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary

Penn National Gaming has selected Harper Ko as its new Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary, commencing on January 1, 2021. She was previously Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel for Everi Holdings. She also spent time as Deputy General Counsel of Gaming for Scientific Games Corporation, which she joined through the acquisition of Bally Gaming. She served as Bally Gaming’s Assistant General Counsel at the time of its acquisition. Prior to that, she was a Contract Attorney for Harrah’s Operating Company, Associate Corporate Counsel for Aristocrat Technologies, and Staff Counsel for WMS Gaming.

Penn National Gaming owns, operates or has ownership interests in 41 gaming and racing properties in 19 states and video gaming terminal operations with a focus on slot machine entertainment. It also offers live sports betting at locations across multiple states. The company is headquartered in Wyomissing, PA. Penn National Gaming posted that full-year 2019 revenue totaled more than $5.3 billion.
