Former Kroger CFO J. Michael Schlotman Joins Kellogg’s Board of Directors

Kellogg Company has announced that J. Michael Schlotman has joined its Board of Directors. Michael will join both the Audit Committee and Social Responsibility and Public Policy Committee.  He spent his entire career with Kroger, ultimately serving as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer before his retirement in 2019. He is currently a Member of the Boards of Directors for Connetic Ventures LLC and Ohio National Financial Services, as well as a member of the Gatton College Accounting Advisory Board.

The Kellogg Company, doing business as Kellogg’s, is an American multinational food manufacturing company headquartered in Battle Creek, MI. Net sales in 2019 were approximately $13.6 billion, comprised principally of snacks and convenience foods like cereal and frozen foods. The company employs approximately 31,000 people worldwide.
