Dr. John D. York Joins Impossible Foods as Chief Science Officer
Impossible Foods is bringing on Dr. John D. York, Ph.D. as Chief Science Officer on January 4, 2021. As a member of the senior leadership team, he will report to Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Dr. Patrick O. Brown, M.D., Ph.D. In this role, he will be responsible for research and development, as well as product innovation. John most recently served as Vanderbilt University Biochemistry Department Chair. He is also a former Investigator for the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
