Dr. Ellen R. Strahlman Elected to Altria Group’s Board of Directors

Altria Group has appointed Dr. Ellen R. Strahlman as a Member of its Board of Directors. She will join the company’s Finance and Innovation Committees. Ellen retired from Becton, Dickinson and Company in January 2018, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President, Research & Development and Chief Medical Officer. She was previously employed by GlaxoSmithKline, where she was Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer before being promoted to Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer.
