David Flavell Promoted to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary with PepsiCo

PepsiCo has elevated David Flavell to Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, effective March 1, 2021. He will then transition out of his current role as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance and Ethics Officer. Since joining PepsiCo, he has served in numerous legal leadership positions, including General Counsel for Latin America and Frito Lay North America. Previously, he was with Danone as General Counsel for Asia Pacific and Middle East. He has also been Senior Legal Counsel for Fonterra, as well as a Partner with Corrs Chambers Westgarth. David will replace Dave Yawman, who recently announced he will be resigning from the company, but will remain with the company throughout the transition.
