Cheryl Fletcher Promoted to Chief Development Officer with Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has elevated Cheryl Fletcher to Chief Development Officer. Cheryl has led franchise development over the last three years, contributing significantly to the company’s strong rapid growth. During her tenure, the company has sold over 750 franchise agreements, negotiated over 500 leases and held over 380 grand openings. She most recently served the company as Senior Vice President of Franchise Development, leading the Real Estate Management and Real Estate Analytics, Franchise Sales and Recruiting, and Design and Construction teams. She previously served Popeyes for 17 years in roles of increasing leadership capacity, ultimately as Vice President of Franchise Development. Prior to that, she was Director of Investor Relations for AFC Enterprises.
