
Bob Kupbens Appointed Chief Product and Technology Officer for Neiman Marcus
Neiman Marcus has hired Bob Kupbens as Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Technology Officer, commencing on February 1, 2021. In this role, he will report directly to Chief Executive Officer,
Geoffroy van Raemdonck. Bob is a seasoned executive across customer experience, eCommerce, digital products and technology. He will spearhead digital experience initiatives among store, online and omni-channel platforms for both Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman in collaboration with several members of the executive team. He most recently served ADT as President of Innovation & New Business. He has served several other notable companies in executive-level roles, including eBay as Vice President of Seller & Marketplace Operations and Apple as Vice President, Worldwide Apple Online Store. During his tenure with Delta, he was Vice President of Marketing & Digital Commerce after being promoted from Vice President of eCommerce. Prior to that, he served in roles of increasing responsibility with Target, ultimately as Vice President of Target.com. Early on, he had multiple positions with A.T. Kearney after beginning his career as a Product Design Engineer with Ford Motor Company.
